In Cathartic (my weekly art group) I was introduced to art journalling by my new friend Jay. Today I have woken up with a thumping headache and needed to take my mind off it while the painkillers got to work. Now trawling the internet for graphics and doing it all on my computer doesn't seem like the best idea when you have a headache but it has helped take my mind off my headache (which sadly is still about).
So my theme? Well I have been talking to family and friends about resting to build up my energy at this time and combined with this headache the obvious theme is 'Rest'
I have to say I am happy with the result and putting my new Photoshop skills
So here it is and I hope you like it too and are maybe inspired to give art journalling a go!
This is really good, Teri. (I especially like the relaxing background.) It looks like fun too, but I do not have Photoshop.
